Recipe with leftover Pizza~Mary Jordan

Today is a fabulous night with my family and friends! We had Pizza~Supreme with all meats on a thick crust. Eight people were over my home. I had a movie night. I set up a white King Sheet in the backyard. Tied the top two corners to 2 trees. Like a Movie Screen. We watched "The Wizard of Oz" with Judy Garland. I loved the buttered Popcorn with Chocolate Chip Cookies. The children running around the yard. It was fun watching them and listening to their laughter. My mother cut up fresh watermelon into small slices~seedless. The night was Amazing. The flying monkeys, the good witch and Dorothy~ I'll never forget them. I also loved the song "Over the Rainbow". I love that song. The Pizza and other tasty goodies were delicious. There were 4 slices of Pizza leftover. In the morning...I scrapped off the Pizza toppings in a large bowl. Added 8 eggs. Mixing the colorful ingredients. Over medium heat, cooked until done. Don't over cook. It should Not look dry. I added pepperjack cheese and sweet pepper~red & yellow. In a medium frying pan, heated up flour tortillas. Adding the Pizza mixture to flour tortillas. I love the medium salsa. It tasted so good. The leftover Pizza crust~put peanut butter on the both sides of Pizza crust, very generously. Roll the Pizza crust into the bird seed on the both sides of crust. Cut up into small sizes~1 inch bites. Put the bird seed into a flat platter or a shallow bowl. Hang your bowl into a tree. The branch of the tree needs to very low. About 5 feet in air. OR perhaps by the pool, or patio. You and your family and friends will Love watching the different birds come to visit you daily!
