At I Love Shookie Mookie all products are fulfilled through are fulfilled through a drop shipping model and are custom-prepared upon order. Due to the nature of our operations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
We maintain a Strict No return, No refund policy, No Exchanges, No Cancellations, No Change of Mind under any circumstances, including but limited to: change of mind, incorrect selection of product, size, or variat, or dissatisfaction. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing charts, descriptions, and images before completing their purchase,
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Sale items or Gift Cards
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color chooce
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Minor variations in product appearance due to screen displays or manufacturer differences
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed. All transactions are considered final and binding.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence and receipt of purchase. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be reviewed. if a claim is approved at our sole discretion, a replacement may be issued; however, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
