Chargeback Policy

All products sold on I Love Shookie Mookie, are custom-made and produced on demand. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, returns, change of mind, sizes or color are permitted once payment has been successfully processed.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all billing, shipping, and product customization details are accurate prior to submitting an order. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal justification constitutes a breach of this policy and may be considered fraudulent activity.

In the event of a chargeback, the company reserves the full right to dispute the claim with the payment processor by providing proof of purchase, order confirmation, production records, and shipment verification, and other shop policies. Any attempt to reverse a legitimate transaction will be met with formal evidence submisson and may result in permanent denial of future purchases.

Customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks may be subject to account suspension, blacklisting from future transactions, and potential legal action where applicable.

Additional administrative fees, recovery costs, and associated expenses incurred the dispute process may also be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this Chargeback Policy in full.
